How to Prepare for Yoga Class

Preparation

  • Dress in loose, comfortable clothes.
  • Bring a mat (or a large towel) and a pillow.
  • Bring a blanket if you tend to get cold during deep relaxation.
  • Try not to eat for a couple of hours before class, as it will make your postures uncomfortable.
  • Please refrain from wearing strong perfume and big jewelry.
